Dr Nicholas Little is a Neurosurgeon and Spinal Surgeon with consulting rooms on the lower North Shore and Central Coast.  He operates at Royal North Shore and North Shore Private Hospital's. He has special interests in minimally invasive spine surgery, brain and pituitary tumours, and aneurysm surgery.

The philosophy of this practice is based on maximization of patient outcome, whether that is improving quality and length of life in Tumour and Vascular patients,  or improving pain and disability for the longer term in Spinal patients. Use of technology is embraced where there are clear patient benefits and applied cautiously or not at all where it does not appear to improve patient care.
